Fantastic stay with great views
I had a wonderful 4-night stay, enjoying the spacious room with stunning city views and a lovely ensuite bathroom. The executive lounge on the 52nd floor offered a quiet retreat with delicious refreshments. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my experience truly enjoyable. One area for improvement could be the breakfast variety, as it felt somewhat limited during my stay.

The Pullman provided a very pleasant stay with its comfortable, spacious rooms and excellent location near the metro. The staff were outstanding, particularly in the executive lounge, where I enjoyed a lovely ambiance and stunning views of Shanghai. The welcome drink and 50% dining discount were a nice surprise that added value to my experience.
Breakfast options were limited and lacked variety.

Executive lounge experience, spacious room, convenient metro access
The hotel needs a serious facelift!!! Stale smoke odor lingering, outdated TV models from nearly two decades ago!!! Air conditioning adjustments were frustratingly impossible!!! Limited English communication adds to the challenge!!!

The room size was generous, complemented by a large bathroom and impressive amenities like a huge indoor pool and fitness center. Conveniently located near shopping and great restaurants, the concierge provided excellent service, assisting with bags and transportation efficiently. However, breakfast was a major disappointment. the food selection was limited, cleanliness of cutlery was lacking, and the staff seemed inattentive, showing different levels of service based on guest nationality.

Just a solid selection for a brief pause in Shanghai with good value for money. The breakfast choices were vast, catering to different tastes. Future visitors should learn some basic Chinese phrases to ease communication with staff.

Had an amazing time with friends! Rooms were spacious and had great wifi. We explored a lot, especially enjoyed the nearby Xintandi area and the vibrant local markets. The breakfast was nice with plenty of options, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Great location for sightseeing and easy access to the metro.
Although the stay was great, the thermostat in the room was hard to adjust, making it a bit warm for my taste.
